Long (about 150 words)
todo.monster plans the working day of small teams and freelancers: tasks with deadlines and scheduled dates, projects, time tracking and reports in one tool. The daily board shows today, overdue tasks and the Backboard on a single page; anything that does not fit today is parked on the Backboard rather than deleted. Deadlines are kept separate from scheduled dates. Projects have members, guests and permissions. Time tracking runs with one timer per task; reports show hours by project, day and person, with billable time listed separately and exportable as CSV. In the mailbox, AI turns emails into tasks, and Microsoft and Google calendars can be connected. The app is available in ten languages, with German as the source; prices are per seat, the Company plan includes 3 seats, and further seats can be added individually. Content is stored encrypted in Germany, and the company operates without venture capital investors. todo.monster is developed by the team of a Berlin IT service provider who use it themselves every day.

Who is behind it
todo.monster is developed in Berlin by the team at itsupport.onl, an IT service provider that looks after businesses in their day-to-day operations. The whole team works with todo.monster every day and helps develop it according to their role: support, engineering, billing. The tool grew out of the team's own daily work: tasks for many clients, contracted hour budgets, billing by time spent.
The company is small, self-funded and operates without venture capital. Data protection is a core principle, not an add-on.
Operator as stated in the legal notice: Coozinha UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Berlin. View legal notice

What sets it apart, in five points
- Daily board with Backboard and appointment calendar Today, overdue tasks and the Backboard on one page, with the day's appointments alongside. Anything that does not fit today is parked rather than deleted.
- AI turns emails into tasks In the todo.monster mailbox, one click turns an email into a task: AI suggests a title, description and date based on the message, and the suggestion is reviewed, adjusted and only then saved. The email stays linked to the task, and attachments are carried over.
- Time tracking with reports One timer per task, hours by project and person, CSV export.
- Pricing per seat Pro for one person, Company with 3 seats included, and each additional seat can be added individually.
- Ten languages German is the source language; the other nine are genuine translations.

Quotes
„We built todo.monster because, working for lots of clients at once, we needed to know what was due today and what we would be billing at the end of the month.“
„A task that doesn't fit today gets parked, not deleted. The Backboard is the most honest list we know.“
