You can also transfer calendar appointments into your daily plan as tasks, complete with their time and duration. They stay in sight and their time is accounted for. Recorded working time makes your effort visible. Recurring tasks appear on your schedule with their saved description, time estimate and assignment.

AI suggests a title, action steps and any dates or deadlines it recognizes. Review the suggestion, include the attachments you need and save the task.
You can connect your own email accounts and calendars with Pro and above. Free includes 15 AI conversions per month; Pro includes 500. AI processes a message only when you start its conversion. You can also convert emails manually.
Who is taking care of what?
See who is responsible for each task and how work is progressing within the project. This makes coordination and handovers easier, including when working remotely.
Company provides shared projects, roles and teams. External guests do not occupy a paid Company seat. On Free, they work on their assigned tasks; with their own paid plan, they can see the shared project. Viewers have read-only access.
Piecing together working hours at the end of the month?
Start the timer or add time entries later. Time reports show the effort spent on each project. With Pro and above, you can export billable time as CSV.
With Pro and above, you can connect existing email accounts and calendars. Recurring tasks appear on your chosen schedule. Company adds shared mailboxes and a company calendar.
Sensitive task, email and calendar content is stored encrypted. You can export projects, tasks, comments and time entries within your permissions; mailboxes and calendars are not included in this export. Support can restore accidentally deleted tasks and projects within the retention period.

All prices are net, plus VAT. todo.monster is aimed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code). On Company, the owner counts towards the included users. Available as an add-on: 1000 more AI conversions per month for € 5.90 per month. Free accounts without a login are deleted after twelve months; eleven months after your last use we warn you by email, and logging in or using the cancellation link stops the deletion. Accounts with a paid contract or a company seat are exempt.
You do not need payment details for Free or the 14-day Pro trial. You can use the Pro trial after verifying your email. Company is a paid plan with a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first month (terms in the T&C, § 8).
Without a paid subscription, the trial ends automatically and you continue on Free. Your account remains in place. The features and limits of the free plan apply.
Free gets you started with a task overview. Pro adds connections to your own mailboxes and calendars, more AI conversions and recurring tasks. Company adds a company calendar, shared mailboxes, roles and teams. Company can also be used on your own.
After registration and email verification, you can create your first project and assign tasks to days. Connect mailboxes, calendars and routines gradually.
Sensitive task, email and calendar content is stored encrypted in the database. AI does not automatically scan your mailbox. Only when you start converting a message does an AI model on our hosting provider Mittwald’s infrastructure process its content. You review the suggestion before saving.
Start with a shared project and the next tasks. On Company, you invite your team and assign roles and responsibilities. External guests can be invited to individual projects.
Direct import is not currently available. To get started, create your active projects and add the next outstanding tasks.
Free is intended for up to 5 personal projects, Pro for up to 20 and Company for up to 50 shared projects. Please contact us beforehand if you need more than these limits.
Within your permissions, you can export projects, tasks, comments and time entries as JSON or CSV. Related attachments are included. Mailboxes and calendars are not part of this export.
